Where can I purchase LA Sparks tickets?
Tickets for Los Angeles Sparks games are available through AXS.com, AXS Official Resale, FEVO, and LA Sparks Account Executives. The Los Angeles Sparks may not be able to validate the authenticity of, or provide support in connection with, tickets purchased through any other means.
How do I create an AXS account?
To create an AXS account, visit the AXS website or download the AXS app. Click on “Sign Up” and follow the prompts to enter your information. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email to verify your account.
How do I access my tickets?
To access your tickets, log into your account via the AXS app or the online Season Ticket Member Fan Portal. Your tickets will be available in the “Your Tickets” section of the Fan Portal for viewing or transferring (but not for entry into the venue).
What is Fan Portal?
The LA Sparks Fan Portal serves as a convenient way for Season Ticket Members to manage, transfer, and sell their LA Sparks tickets on the web. If you are a Season Ticket Member, access your LA Sparks Fan Portal here.
How do I enter the venue?
To enter the venue, ensure your tickets are ready on your mobile device. Crypto.com Arena is fully digital; entry is only permitted with the barcode displayed in the AXS app. You cannot use the Fan Portal to enter the venue.
Where can I find my tickets in the AXS app?
After downloading the app and signing in, tap the “Tickets” icon at the bottom of the screen. Your tickets will be listed under the “Upcoming” tab for easy access.
When will I receive my tickets?
Season Tickets are distributed in advance of the upcoming season. Single Game tickets purchased directly from AXS are delivered immediately upon completion of the transaction. Group Tickets purchased through LA Sparks Account Executives are delivered after tickets are paid in full. Tickets purchased from FEVO are delivered directly to your AXS account once your order is paid for and processed.
How do I transfer tickets?
Tickets can be transferred via the AXS app, AXS.com, or through the online Season Ticket Member Fan Portal. Log in, select the tickets you wish to transfer, and follow the prompts. For large groups or multiple transfers, it is recommended to use the online Fan Portal for more efficient management.
How do I receive/accept transferred tickets?
If you have an AXS account, transferred tickets will automatically appear in your account. If you do not have an account, you will receive an email instructing you to create one to claim the tickets. Follow the steps in the email to complete the process.
Can I send a screenshot of the ticket to a friend instead of transferring it?
No, sending a screenshot of the ticket barcode will not work, as the barcode refreshes frequently. You must use the Transfer feature in the AXS app or the Fan Portal to send tickets. A screenshot of all or part of a ticket (even the barcode) is not valid for entry to a game.
How will I know if my transfer was successful?
You can verify your transfer history within the AXS app, at AXS.com or through the online Season Ticket Member Fan Portal. Additionally, you will receive an email from AXS confirming the transfer details once it is complete.
How do I sell my tickets, and when does a ticket listing expire?
Tickets can be sold through AXS Official Resale. Select the tickets you wish to list and tap “Sell.” AXS provides options for when you would like your listing to expire.
What is AXS Official Resale?
AXS Official Resale provides a secure and convenient platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. Fans can list tickets they cannot use, allowing others to purchase tickets delivered directly to their AXS accounts. AXS guarantees every AXS Official Resale ticket is 100% valid. Sellers receive payment via direct deposit.
Can I remove my listing?
Yes, you can remove your listing via AXS.com or the AXS app. Sign in, locate the event for which you have a listing, and select “Retract.”
Can I print my tickets?
No, Crypto.com Arena is a fully digital venue, and your tickets will be accessible for entry only through the AXS app. You can manage your tickets through the Fan Portal, but you cannot access your tickets for entry through the Fan Portal.
How can I change the contact information on my account?
Season Ticket Member contact information may be changed by the account holder by updating the information via the member’s LA Sparks Fan Portal account or sending a request in writing via email to their LA Sparks Membership Account Manager, including account number, seat location, old contact information and updated contact information.
Who can I contact if I need additional support?
